Last experience was the worst I showed up to my appointment time 10 minutes early. I waited outside 15 minutes with no help. I went inside 2 times and was told twice to wait outside by my vehicle. It was 45 degrees outside. Me and many others were waiting outside for over 30 minutes. There was nobody checking anyone in and there was no sense of urgency by the staff until the line of vehicles was to the frontage road. Normally my experience is good but if this happens again I will go back to Dublin Toyota. Once I was helped my experience was good but the check in process needed major help. More

They’re on there for a reason!!! Well after the run around the manager took care of it but i got to spend my day off fixing their mishap! More

Wait is too long Why would you have your service advisors do the prep work on the vehicle? I waited for almost a half an hour for someone to come out to my vehicle and Why would you have your service advisors do the prep work on the vehicle? I waited for almost a half an hour for someone to come out to my vehicle and I had an appointment. It was even worse because you only had two people writing up vehicles. It was a lot faster the other way when you had the runners come out and log all the information and prep the vehicle then all you had to do is bring in your slip to get entered in the system. It seems to me like someone is trying to justify their job. It’s pointless. I’ve been going to you guys since before I purchased my vehicle from you and by far this was the worst experience I’ve had with you. Please go back to the way you were doing it before More

Went in for an oil change and got over sold I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the ca I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the car was running fine and the mileage was at 88K. Since it was close, I decided to get it done even though the price was extremelyt high at over $900. I was called back later and told that the water pump was leaking (even though there was never any liquid found where I park). I was told this was mandatory and would be over $700. I felt stuck and approved it. So instead of getting a simple oil change, I had almost $2,000 worth of "work" done and no evidence that any of it was needed. I was not offered to see the old water pump and can't tell any difference in the performance of the vehicle that anything special was done for the 90,000 mile service. I think I will stick with the oil change place down the street and the $29.99 oil change. More
