Recall Service The tone of the person who serviced my car was sarcastic and wasn’t professional.. I saw my vehicle parked for pick up, then I went and asked him.. that person really ill treated me just because i am not an American.. He treated other customers with respect.. Very friendly and professional I’ve given a 5 star for my review because they were very professional and very helpful during my visit. It sucked because I wanted to wash my car but it was raining the day I came in for my service. so I wont hold it against the people that serviced my car. So far my this is my 3rd visit and they always wash my car anyways even if I didnt ask for a wash. So yes I would recommend this toyota to any of my friends and family because they’re the best at what they do. All I want to say is keep up the good work and thank you for always taking car of my car when I bring it in for service. Thank you Livermore Toyota! 😊 More

Lousy, slow and rude Had a 10:20 appointment for a recall service. Was kept waiting until 11:10 just to do the initial check-in.
