"Not for Service" The only reason I brought my Tacoma in to this dealer again was that I liked Tyler and felt comfortable dealing with him and no one else. These guys The only reason I brought my Tacoma in to this dealer again was that I liked Tyler and felt comfortable dealing with him and no one else. These guys don't care about you all they care about is making money. Tyler asked if I wanted my Cabin Air filter changed as it was part of the service and was my last free one. I had recently changed it myself only a couple of weeks ago so I knew mine was new and if they changed it I would get another new one. So I said yes with one exception that my old one be saved and returned to me. When I got my car back it was not in the car so I asked Tyler to go ask the Tech to return it to me. It took several minutes for Tyler to return with a box containing a filter. When I opened the box this was definitely not my filter as it was from a Lexus. How hard is this. Tyler is no longer at this location and has moved to the Santa Cruz Dealer so I guess I will be moving my Service elsewhere as well. Thanks but no thanks, I'll do the service myself from here on out as you know the old saying, "If you wanted it done right, do it yourself." More
