Must have been an off day Normally, everything is GREAT when I need to take my vehicle here for service. This time though, I had to wait in line for a service adviser both when I dropped off and when I picked up (15-20 minutes each), as well as waiting for the shuttle too and from the dealer (about 20 minutes each). While this might seem like whining, it only bothers me because I have never had to wait with these guys - that's one of the reasons I always go to Livermore Toyota - and this was a recall after a previous recall for which they requested I come in. It must have just been an off day for them. More

This has been BY FAR the best, easiest, and mot gratifying purchase that I have ever made. Everyone that I talked to was absolutely fantastic. In particular, I was truly impressed by the sales representative, Carlos Vasquez, and the finance representative, Jawid Omar. I have never met a sales person that was as knowledgeable, professional and friendly as Carlos. He took the time to show us ALL of the car's features, both physical and electronic, in a relaxing yet professional manner. Jawid was extremely friendly and professional and clearly explained all of the details. What a great young man. While we love the car, we would not have made the purchase immediately without professional and friendly staff. More

Nightmare Livermore Toyota throughout their company structure has no commutation....none. Did I get a deal on a "used" truck which Livermore was selling new again "with" damage to the truck which was not fixed until someone bought the truck. Really? Their thinking is maybe that new customer will not see the damage and we will not have to pay for it.... Come on..lol. Do I like the Product? Yes...
