Nightmare Livermore Toyota throughout their company structure has no commutation....none. Did I get a deal on a "used" truck which Livermore was selling new aga Livermore Toyota throughout their company structure has no commutation....none. Did I get a deal on a "used" truck which Livermore was selling new again "with" damage to the truck which was not fixed until someone bought the truck. Really? Their thinking is maybe that new customer will not see the damage and we will not have to pay for it.... Come on..lol. Do I like the Product? Yes... Enough said....as all my friends know how this deal went down. The bad word spreads like cancer. Go xxxx another customer. I'm I having my truck serviced by Livermore Toyota? xxxx no..... More

Great but . Everything was fantastic even I have a bit of a drive to get there. So I waited out side for a long time and watched all the women that work there walk past me and say “be right with you” even though I was there before the other 4 people they helped the only reason I gave this place such a great review was just the one guy at the desk that helped me I am Soto don’t remember his name but if it wasn’t for him I would never consider coming back and canceling my pre pay maintenance. More

good but it could be better got dropped off by shuttle in livermore outlets. At 12:23pm called the dealer to request pick up, my service advisor was busy so another advisor state got dropped off by shuttle in livermore outlets. At 12:23pm called the dealer to request pick up, my service advisor was busy so another advisor stated he will make sure i will get picked up. 2:30pm still no shuttle. called back and was able to talked to my service advisor, after 30 mins shuttle arrived. Driver said, he just got the request for pick up about 15 mins ago. Apparently the first advisor did not put the pick up request at 12:23 pm. I had waited for shuttle pick up for 2 and half hours, a classic example of team failure. More
