Horrible Service Department My son took his car in for 30K service. The service person did not mention that there were 3 service plans, and only mentioned the premium plan (almo My son took his car in for 30K service. The service person did not mention that there were 3 service plans, and only mentioned the premium plan (almost $1000). The service was supposed to include a brake inspection and tire rotation, but the dirt on the wheels was undisturbed. I suspect those services were not performed. I wish I had seen the other reviews reporting the same shady practices before bringing the car to Livermore Toyota. More
