Amazing experience I went in with no down payment, but a car in good condition that I purchased from this dealership, and wound up walking out with a new 2020 Camry payi I went in with no down payment, but a car in good condition that I purchased from this dealership, and wound up walking out with a new 2020 Camry paying less than I was on the old car. While this was unfortunate, everything else about my experience was first class. They were honest about the mistake and worked through the issue to a favorable result for both parties involved. They were very patient and accommodating with my three year old daughter (who was also a trooper as we were there for about 3 hours) while we signed all the necessary docs. My last two visits for my car services has been with Dan and Kyle both experiences has been great and helpful service visits! Great experience at Livermore Toyota We have been to a number of car dealerships looking for the right car, and our experience at Livermore Toyota was by far the best. We identified a car We have been to a number of car dealerships looking for the right car, and our experience at Livermore Toyota was by far the best. We identified a car through truecar.com, and Livermore Toyota got back to us immediately to make an appointment. They were very flexible with our schedule and when we arrived they saw us immediately. Yama was very help and well informed on the test drive, but not pushy at all. Because of the deal with truecar.com there was no haggling over price. Overall we had a great experience without any of the usual pain associated with car shopping. I would definitely recommend Livermore Toyota. More
