I never received a call from him. I called several times and left messages. No return callback. I finally showed back up with my husband and Rick said my car wasn’t done! I couldn’t believe it! I asked him why he didn’t return my calls and kept blaming other people... I said to him but YOU are my advisor! That is YOUR JOB. He kept making more and more excuses. ‘They” will be lucky if I ever come back. I certainly won’t recommend any of my family or friends to see him. More

The only problem I had was before the latest time with another service adviser (Chris Terlaje) who I never saw before. His customer service skill was zero and he told me to go fetch my car and I had to wander around for ten minutes. I am not sure they spoke to him, when I left a complaint on the service manager's line. So I would stay away from Chris at all cost. The rest of the gang is helpful and recommended!! More
