Disappointing service and follow-up all the way to the top of the organization. I bought a Jeep, new, several years ago from Lochmandy. Ended up emailing Craig Lochmandy about my disappointment and that our family is looking to purchase two new Jeeps in the next year - didn't even get a response (and that email was over two months ago). For a company who claims to be family owned, they don't care about my family. And that means I don't care to give them any more of my hard-earned money or business. Do better, Lochmandy. More

The worst place to go to get a vehicle. Purchased a truck from them three months later the ceiling leaks I bring it back to them under the warranty and they tell us sorry not there problem Purchased a truck from them three months later the ceiling leaks I bring it back to them under the warranty and they tell us sorry not there problem they’ll schedule it to be looked at two months from now because they are busy.
