Every time I have service work they keep changing the mileage for the next service and what needs to be done. Oil change started at 10000 miles then 7000 now every 5000. Some one is all screwed up. My owner Manuel said the transmission is 60000 and the dealer said 30000. Who is right? More

Service for my 2015 200 It took too long to locate the issues with my car. They never called to give me updates when they said they would. They wanted $5000 to repair issues that shouldn't be wrong with a car that is only 2 years old. The people in the service department were rude and no help at all. They were even rude to the tow truck guy from AAA. More

Will not honor factory covered service. If I could give zero stars for the overall rating of the service center I would but I'll justify the one star cause they have hot chocolate. I don't recommend this service center unless you're paying out of pocket for your expenses. I had a diagnostic done to determine the cause of a malfunction indicator light on an automobile. I also own a factory lifetime zero deductible vehicle protection plan which covers over five thousand components, on the vehicle. The defective material that caused the light is covered by the plan and thus waives the diagnostic charge and other expenses for labor and parts. They refused to honor the plan claiming that the material was poorly installed when replaced by a different authorized dealer in prior service but defects in workmanship are also covered by the plan and they still refused to honor the plan. After the diagnostic was performed I was not able to have my automobile returned to me that day without paying a one hundred and sixty dollar diagnostic charge. One star for customer service for disputing coverage that is on my plan documents which were double confirmed on the phone by corporate vehicle protection department. Two stars for quality of work for diagnosing the cause of the light, supposedly. Two stars for friendliness cause the service manager seems nice but producing a reasonable solution involved being blown off and getting the run around wasting my energy, my money, and my time. Service advisor is much less friendly and no reasonable solution could be produced. One star for pricing cause I was charged and had to pay for service that is covered by my plan. More

Horrible My wife went for a routine oil change on Thursday August 31, 2017. We are very unsatisfied by this service department. Her appointment was made for an My wife went for a routine oil change on Thursday August 31, 2017. We are very unsatisfied by this service department. Her appointment was made for an oil change and a few days before she also had a check engine light on in her Jeep. When the check engine light was on she took it to an auto parts store because the last time it was on she came to Lodi Jeep and the service department told her they couldn't help her without an appointment. The gentlemen at the auto parts store pulled the code and she took a picture of it from the machine. When she arrived for her appointment, she told the service advisor she was there for an oil change and if someone could look at the check engine code as well. She tried to show the advisor the picture of the code and he said it didn't matter and didn't want to see it. When she came the check engine light was off. Service told her they couldn't do anything about it unless the light was on. They asked her if she had a ride home or needed one because she was not allowed to wait if they were going to look into the check engine light because that process would take all day long. She wanted to wait because she had our 3 year old son with her and also is 5 'moths pregnant and did not want to be stranded at home without a car in case of emergency. After much frustration she told service to just do the oil change because she was going to wait. She waited 3 hours for an oil change. When the car was done she was brought to the cashier and they charged her $84. When we purchased the car we were under the impression we had purchased a maintenance package that covered all routine maintenance. Apparently that was not the case. When returning to the car to leave she noticed that the car was not washed or vacuumed. On your service information you state all service comes with car wash. Also while the service techs serviced and drove her car they did not put floor mat covers on for their dirty feet or plastic over the leather seats. There was black grease all over the inside of the door from the techs shoes. Not happy with this service at all. When we purchased the Jeep we were very happy with the sales department. Service is a whole different story. I do not feel she was treated with respect at all. More
