Tried to tell us we had to pay for an optional item then when we declined said it had already been done and he couldn’t remove the option. Refused to give us a guesstimate on payment. After explaining to the salesman our situation and what we wanted he kept insisting on us co. Signing. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Never even offered us a cup of water while we waited the whole time we were there. I have purchased several automobiles from several dealerships and this by far was the worst . More
I was in the market for a toyota rav 4 advertised price of 34,484. I spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone and arranged to come in to purchase the vehicle. On arrival to the car dealership I was of 34,484. I spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone and arranged to come in to purchase the vehicle. On arrival to the car dealership I was turned over to a man with cold personality. He told me that the advertised purchase of the car was just a suggestion. And raised the price of the car to 43,000. My low tire warning went on when driving to the dealership. I asked if their shop could fill my tire. He said there are shops around that could do that. I would NEVER buy from that dealership they are greedy and disrespectful to women. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me. It is a horrible place to buy a car!!! More

Jeremy and the service department was wonderful to work with. My 2015 Prius had an issue with the inverter and I felt it was covered under an extended customer care warranty and he took care of it at no ch with. This Toyota Dealership, in Lodi, is always friendly, courteous, respectful and helpful. They are efficient and explain what the service includes. The customer service was very unprofessional on behalf of the technician. I received poor communication and it took several hours for the technician to get in touch with me. He was rude and dismissive when I the technician. I received poor communication and it took several hours for the technician to get in touch with me. He was rude and dismissive when I was finally given the keys to my vehicle. I’ll return just for my oil changes and that’s all. All other services I’ll be going to another Toyota dealership. I am very disappointed. More
