My daughter and I were both in need a newer vehicle; her because it was time to dump the dump she was driving, and me because I was about to begin a long commute to work. When I arrived, Brian approached me in a friendly, and supportive way, without pushiness, which as a buyer by trade, I truly appreciated. I let Brian know what I had to work with and where we both needed to be on payments. He immediately informed me in which way he could make it happen. Brian is knowledgeable about both the product, and what is available in the finance department. As Toyota's sell themselves, it was important to me to have a dealership where I did not feel pressured, and where I would also recognize the willingness to provide me the best deal I could get. I have bought 3 previuosly cars from this dealership and this was my fourth. I come all the way down from Sonora, CA because I know I will get the best deal, the most hardworking support in financing, and e this was my fourth. I don't even have to go in to look, I just go to their website to see their specials and inquire and they propmtly return my call by phone and work out most of the details before I even show up. This includes a pre-approval credit application on their website so you know if you can get a car there before you show up. I am a retired Fireman and have bought numerous vehicles during my life. My experience with Geweke yesterday (when I bought a new vehicle) and today (when they delivered the SUV to my home) was among the b during my life. Brad was a very personable salesman with an extensive knowledge of the Rav4. Friendly, low key, likeable, helpful and honest are all words that come to mind in describing him. The same held true for the finance guy, Cory Silva. Professional, honest, friendly and helpful describes him perfectly. The dealership itself is a class act that is clean, light & open and welcoming. At every stage of the buying process they were straightforward and kept their word. I especially like the fact that I never felt pressured the entire time I was there. The circling vultures never showed up at Geweke, and were apparently at all the other dealerships in town (we've all been through that nightmare scenario). All in all a very pleasant experience. I almost forgot to tell you what a great price I got with zero haggling. More
