Vehicle was supposed to arrive the day before. It was not available when I got there. After driving two hours, I had to wait five hours at dealership for it to arrive. This was a hard to find combination of options which Geweke was aware of. I was originally dealing with other dealership. Anthony transferred the truck from other dealership promising he could give me a better deal. I had several other quotes from dealerships offering up to a few hundred dollars under dealer invoice. Geweke, knowing they had the truck I was interested in, originally tried to charge me full price. After the standard lengthy painful negotiating, got them down to over $500 over dealer invoice. After rebate, came close to dealer invoice. Still a higher price than quoted elsewhere and even higher price than Geweke originally promised. I felt Geweke was dishonest in the way they handled the transaction. They tried to convince me they were doing me a favor, but in the long run they were only interested in their bottom line profit. I came in saw and test drove the prius and decide to talk more aboiut the pricing. Jason did not pressure me at all he even worked with on a downpayment I could afford. I can say three days later they fixed the navigation system in the car and wne t above and beyond to get me the car. They haggeled for me on the loan and made sure everything was good for me and within my budget. Theyw ent above and beyond theor duty. I am truly satified with my prius and would gladly do business with them again. I higly recoomend this dealership. More

My experience at Geweke Toyota was really great. Crystal was very friendly and helpfull. I went in with my mind set on a certain car and she did what she could to get me the car i wanted. The part that made me really happy was that they ended up having the Corolla in the color i wanted. Jason was also very helpful with all the financial information. He made it possible. Only thing i'm dissapointed in is that the car drops brake powder and it makes the rims look digusting but i guess i'll just have to get used to washing the rims more often. More

My overall experience was very good with the exception of when we went to close the deal, they tried to make my monthly payment higher than it was supposed to be. Prior to my arrival, we had agreed on a 2.9 when we went to close the deal, they tried to make my monthly payment higher than it was supposed to be. Prior to my arrival, we had agreed on a 2.99% financing, which I calculated my payment from prior to my arriving at the dealership. Once at the dealership, the price matched what we had agreed on, yet they tried to get me to agree on a higher monthly payment than what should have been based on the 2.99%. The only way I would have caught this was if I had pre-calculated the payment. When I noticed the payment was higher than it should have been, I asked the salesman if this was based on the 2.99% I was quoted and he said he didn't know, but he'd go talk to the finance guys. Sure enough, he came back with a lower price than before. I just felt like they were purposefully trying to deceive me to make some money (which I think is true with most dealerships). Overall they were very flexible and willing to work with me, but I felt an aura of dishonesty that they would have capitalized on unless I had said something. More
