For example Mike didn't have the truck with the color combination and options I wanted on the lot. He told me he would find one and when it would be available. He is a man of his word, it was on the lot when he said and exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he ordered some dealer installed options that were here on time and took the time to show me what they would look like on the truck. Although I didn't know at the time, Christina made an appointment to meet with me on her day off. I arrived early and she was there to greet me at the door. For at least 45 minutes we had to wait for my wife to arrive. Christina took this time to answer the many questions I had, look at and drive my new truck and helped me with the loan application. All on Vetrans Day, her day off! Troy, your finance person, was extremely helpful. He explained in detail to my wife and I the warranty options available and what was covered under each senerio. He spent all the time necessary to answer each of our questions. Through all of this process, Crystal along with Mike and Christina stayed in contact with me to answer any question I had. Crystal coordinated and confirmed my appointments with her and others. Today I took my truck in to get a part installed. The gentleman that arranged the installation was extremely helpful and had the part installed in less time than he promised. Each of these folks exceeded what anyone could expect during the purchase of a vehicle. They were each helpful, patient, considerate and thoughtful. Without reservation, I would recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone looking for a great car or truck. More

I previously visited at least 3 dealerships in the weeks prior to buying at Geweke in Lodi. Other dealerships could learn a ton of valuable practices from this staff. As it turned out; he helped us from our rainy day inquiry to the final inspection at the closing of the sale. I work in the Bay area and to help me take this final step; Michael cam in on his day off--happily and at his suggestion. That is what I call top notch service. Do not waste your time with other Toyota dealerships like I did, take my word..I am a tough consumer and they far exceeded my expectations! More
