Had to get 2 tires replaced and Jaclyn wrote up the order wrong .and they replaced the wrong tires due to her negligence and I’m still having an issue with my tire ,and rightly so I I complained and accordin wrong .and they replaced the wrong tires due to her negligence and I’m still having an issue with my tire ,and rightly so I I complained and according to the service guy it was done correctly but I have the paperwork showing otherwise .So irritated with this situation Jaclyn errors and inability to do her job correctly at my cost .I have always been warned about getting service at the. Dealership that they will take advantage and not correct any mistakes apparently I should have listened .please learn from my bad experience . More

The van is not good. The gas door doesn't close but did day of purchase. The check engine light came on not even a week into owning it. The heater and AC don't work. Smells like the tranny is done.
