Jeremy and the service department was wonderful to work with. My 2015 Prius had an issue with the inverter and I felt it was covered under an extended customer care warranty and he took care of it at no ch with. The customer service was very unprofessional on behalf of the technician. I received poor communication and it took several hours for the technician to get in touch with me. He was rude and dismissive when I the technician. I received poor communication and it took several hours for the technician to get in touch with me. He was rude and dismissive when I was finally given the keys to my vehicle. I’ll return just for my oil changes and that’s all. All other services I’ll be going to another Toyota dealership.
