We were thinking about buying either a new or used camry and decided to stop by and take a look at options. Our first visit was absolutely terrible Louis Assad helped us out as as soon as he found out what and decided to stop by and take a look at options. Our first visit was absolutely terrible Louis Assad helped us out as as soon as he found out what how much money we had he immediately tried to up sale us on a more expensive car. We proceeded to tell him we were just looking and were not making a decision that day. He was very pushy and rude. We then went back to the dealership just to look again and was straight forward with Brigitte Censulo that we did not want to buy that day but let her know what we were interested in she was absolutely wonderful! She never once asked us about money she worried about our needs on a vehicle and made sure that we made the right decision. She made every single step smooth and effortless she was all around amazing! Brigitte is the only reason we bought from lodi Toyota. Rachel in finance was also amazing and answered all of our questions she was straight forward and to the point and was sure to help us in any way she possibly could! A+ for Brigitte and Rachel!
