Service dept was a little late. It took two hours to change oil. When I got the car back the "sway warning" screen was on and would not turn off. I called service dept. and was told I would have t change oil. When I got the car back the "sway warning" screen was on and would not turn off. I called service dept. and was told I would have to return to have it fixed. I live 30 miles away and do not look forward to driving in and then waiting an hour which I was told it would take. I am considering a new car and talked to Reano. He was helpful but now I won't buy another car from Lodi Toyota. More

They wasted my time a lot. I bought a new car from them and couple days later they gave me an appointment to install something for my car. Then I bring my car on time, but haft an hour later, they told me and couple days later they gave me an appointment to install something for my car. Then I bring my car on time, but haft an hour later, they told me it’s not done until tomorrow morning. And Tomorrow they said tomorrow again and they keep said the same word again. How come they don’t have a part yet but they can give me an appointment with out the part to install ? I’m feel bad & I think I go wrong place to get a new car . It’s not professional Toyota dealer. Very poor service except Djaye who good salesman I meet. More
