Amir was the friendliest sales rep we’ve ever worked with. Even though it took nearly the whole day we were happy with our purchase . He wasn’t pushy like other reps we dealt with before. I brought my vehicle for a routine service, and because the vehicle had recently stalled for a moment. I ask that the fault codes be checked to determine the cause of the stall, and what repairs might be n the vehicle had recently stalled for a moment. The service writer told me I would be called regarding any repairs recommended, and I would be called when the vehicle was ready for me. I was not called, so I sat in the waiting room for several hours waiting for contact regarding the status of vehicle. I finally noticed my vehicle was in the "pick up" area. I found trash had been left in the vehicle. I have been driving past the Toyota dealership in Stockton to have my vehicle service in Lodi for 11 years because the customer service was always outstanding. This recent experience was far below the standards of service previously common at Lodi Toyota. More
