I spotted a truck that had just arrived that morning....He was kind, professional, funny, cleaver and was calm.( what I needed). I purchased the truck....came back the next day...it was detailed full,of gas and awaited my presents. He was always there to answer my many questions. I loved the experience. I have been a customer at this dealership in Lodi for 16 years. I came in to end my lease and buy my vehicle, which is great. The credit person, Carol, took care of the paperwork, but upon returning the nex years. I came in to end my lease and buy my vehicle, which is great. The credit person, Carol, took care of the paperwork, but upon returning the next day with a check to purchase my car it all went crazy. I was then informed by a second finance person that they could not take my check. They never had a situation where someone wrote a check for a car. All this after I spent hours filling out end of lease, purchase paperwork, etc. I now have to wait for papers from TFS to end the lease and buy my car. Cancelled a credit down, all DMV paperwork, etc. Such a disappointment from the service I had previously experienced. More
