We schedule an appointment for 3:45 on the same day. The customer service representative was extremely helpful, my husband was not able to make the original appointment at 10 o'clock on Wednesday. So, cus customer service representative was extremely helpful, my husband was not able to make the original appointment at 10 o'clock on Wednesday. So, customer service representative allowed me to change my appointment. However, she stated the appointment would take about an hour or less. Called and made an appointment stating I had a Lithia warranty for an issue with my car. Dealership was unable to determine issue and referred me to another dealership. How is this even possible?
