I would have given at least a 4 star but the service manager and his crew put a dent in the hood of my brand new 2021 Prius and he had the audacity to imply that it was already there when we took it in manager and his crew put a dent in the hood of my brand new 2021 Prius and he had the audacity to imply that it was already there when we took it in for a clear coat protection only a few days after purchasing.
