Hello, I spoke to Carol about your situation and she explained it to me. As she explained it to you, the coupon you received after your purchase was from Toyota the manufacturer not Lodi Toyota. Toyota the manufacturer would not honor that after the sale of a vehicle. When you purchase a vehicle you get all applicable incentives available at that time. If something else comes up after the fact unfortunately Toyota will not honor it retroactively. I know we tried our very best to get them to do it for you, but they would not. I actually did have the coupon that was sent to me in Sept when I purchased the new vehicle but with all the mishandling of everything I forgot about it. (I actually still have the email that was sent to me in Sept to which Toyota Finance RE-sent to me in Oct, which I told Mo about. And unfortunately I am extremely not happy with my 2020 Toyota Hybrid because it has the bare minimum features I was NOT looking for but,...because of the limited selection at your location I settled with what you had on stock. I also stressed to Singh numerous times how I was having a hard and difficult feeling to give up my current "limited hybrid" vehicle. I should have ultimately walked away, but in the end i did not, and now EVERY month I am reminded of my encounter with this location along with their TRUE LACK of listening and empathy your faculty displayed (including everyone's inability to call me back-minus Carol), when I make a car payment for the next 6 years. Maybe as a nurse dealing with patient's and family (especially with what's been going on) I had different expectations but was too distracted by stress to realize that I should have just left. I was so hurt by the whole ordeal that I truly wanted to post negative reviews about your facility on every kind of review but I am just too exhausted to put forth all that effort. So it is what it is, a non-satisfied custom with a company that took my money, and is probably doing it to many others.
