Hello, There are some things we would like to make clear. Mr. Singh has met with our Parts Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager regarding this. He was not present for the purchase of the truck he mentions, it is his dads truck. We want to point out that at the time of the sale of any vehicle we go over all the numbers and we put it in writing if we agree to add something on like running boards. According to the previous review content we did give them the running boards as agreed. With regards to the rims. Mr. Singh visited our parts department to inquire about purchasing rims and tire sensors from us. Mr. Singh was unhappy with the cost to purchase and have them installed at our dealership. So he went and found all the items from other places and had them installed elsewhere as he states in the review. Then had some issues with the sensors, center caps, etc. We want to be helpful. But we did not have anything to do with the purchase or installation of the rims, the sensors, the caps etc. We appreciate Mr. Singh and his point of view. We enjoyed speaking with him and trying to resolve this issue. We are happy that ultimately everything was fixed on his dads truck and we wish them the best. Mr. Polluck, first and foremost I have no idea who you are. Secondly, I modified the above statements because I had grammatical errors and did not realize it notifies you every time it is modified. “Deal rater,” the review company, had contacted me as the jargon in my post was a little confusing. So I edited it. What does editing my review have anything to do with what you guys have done?! In addition upon research, your employee,” Christopher,” who sold us the vehicle was fired and does not even work there anymore. So there is no way for you guys to validate what took place on his end. Christopher had informed us TDR rims would be compatible with our basic Toyota truck(non Tdr), and that we would not need any external parts....turned out to false. FOR THAT REASON, we wanted some sort of compensation for his false statements as the rims could not be returned. Yes you are correct I, the son, was not present when my father bought the vehicle but that doesn’t mean he didn’t tell me what happened that day. Besides what took place with him, What about the hub cap incident that took place with me a few weeks ago? I was trying to ignore this issue now and move forward but your remarks are very disappointing. We don’t expect anything for free. We are not some low ballers hungry for free service. We just expect promises to be fulfilled. Spoke to Jerry a few weeks ago and he understood. Get your facts right. Thank you
