Hello, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. I remember speaking to you quite awhile ago and putting you in touch with the service department. I never heard back from you after that. I am sorry if you had trouble reaching someone. We agreed as a goodwill gesture to pay for the diagnosis on your Camry. I looked it up and according to the technician at the time he looked at it the key and AC were both functioning properly. They made recommendations on the other items for repair. We value you as a customer, you had purchased another newer used car before this one. You told me that is why you came back and referred people to us because you loved the first car you purchased. I remember talking to you about the Camry you purchased from us, it had higher miles on it and I know we offered you an extended warranty. You declined that and told me you would take your chances. You purchased that car in as-is condition with no warranty. Unfortunately we cannot predict what will happen with cars. We inspect the cars prior to selling them and make sure they are safe to drive. That being said when you purchase an as-is vehicle and decline an extended warranty you are taking on all the responsibility that comes with that car. We are sorry to have lost you as a customer.
