Manager extremely unsympathetic to the fact 6 months that errors were made on my prior visit...He agreed to give me a discount on my next service but his attitude was not good... The first phone quote for coolant drain & replacement was over $400; I said that sounded pricey, based on what I'd read online. After the rep talked with the service manager the quote suddenly became $245 & over $400; I said that sounded pricey, based on what I'd read online. Also, when I made the appointment by phone I first said Monday, then changed it to Tuesday, and the rep made the change and confirmed it verbally. I got an email confirmation, but didn't notice that the date of the appointment had been left as Monday in their system. When I got to the service dept. on Tuesday this was an annoying mixup, but the service rep said they could still do the service job anyway, so that turned out ok. These are not major problems, but are a heads-up for me not necessarily to expect everything to be straightforward and at the fairest price. More
