Hello, Thank you for the detailed review. I was able to look into your recent visit. I spoke with Jaclyn, she stated that she looked up your vehicle based on the vin number and it was less than you were originally quoted. The appointment coordinators that answer the phone at the dealership are not supposed to give out quotes, they are supposed to send it to the service advisor to look your vehicle up and give you an accurate quote. From my understanding that policy was not followed and that is why there was difference in price. I spoke with the service manager about this issue and we are going to use it to better train our staff. We really appreciate your business and the review.
