This dealership is an absolute joke. I’ve had problems in the past with them but they’ve been hitting me up non-stop begging me to trade my truck in to them so I entertained the idea and went in. They gave m the past with them but they’ve been hitting me up non-stop begging me to trade my truck in to them so I entertained the idea and went in. They gave me options of coming in at 8:30am or 11am so I opted for 8:30am and firmly expressed that I would only be interested in a one certain color and some sort of TRD. I go in at 8:30 and they don’t even open until 9am then they begin to tell me that they don’t have any truck of that color or type whatsoever and continue to try to tell me about different colors I can get. I ask them why would I be scheduled for an appointment when they aren’t even open at that time and have me come in knowing that they don’t have the type of truck I wanted at all and all the employee could do was continuously shrug his shoulders and say I don’t know. Would never recommend anybody to come here at all, not even to have your vehicle serviced since they even have problems with that. More
