Hello Joe: We understand your frustration, we would like nothing more than to be able to fix your truck for you. I once had vehicle that wouldn't start for my wife, when I walked out to the car it fired right up. We drove it a few more weeks, then it wouldn't start for either us. Called the tow truck and wouldn't you know it started right up for him when he tried. This went on for a bit, we tried to run a scan on it no codes, nothing. It wasn't until the part failed completely that we were able to replace it and fix our car. Currently your truck runs great, it has this problem every few months. Until it completely fails we feel as though we would be doing you a disservice by trying to guess what the problem is and asking you to pay for it hoping it fixes it. It was not our intention to "play games" with you. When your sister put in a lead and was discussing terms with Charles it was under her name. Charles was not available when you showed up so Aaron tried to help you. He was unaware of any price that was agreed upon between your sister and Charles. I can assure everyone that is reading this, there is no misunderstanding going on at all about the agreed price out the door after tax, title and license fees, as we had agreed on it multiple times (7-8 times in the 4 hour span we were there). You guys need to either have better training or at the minimum have Aaron and Charles look up the definition of the phrase "out door price". In my opinion, in this day and age, all car salesman should know the definition of this phrase especially when we said after tax, title and license fees. Therefore, it leads me to conclude that they were "playing games". Anyways thanks to them, I was able to meet Ruben from Elk Grove. He was extremely polite, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I love my new car and again to future buyers make the 20 min drive up north to Elk Grove if you want to deal with an honest dealership. That's why they're ranked ahead of Lodi on this website.

Hello Dealerrater World: We take the safety of our vehicles very seriously. I have worked here for over 20 years and have never once seen a car on our lot that was unsafe to be sold. We inspect every car thoroughly prior to them being put out on the lot. That includes inspecting the tires and brakes to make sure they are safe. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
