Dan Chastain the Service Manager needs to go! Toyota of Lodi is a joke! Dan the Service manager is a complete and total IDIOT! He does not understand what intermittent means. We have had our truck in 6 times for the same issue, a stereo that intermittently has major issues (long list). We took three videos showing the issue when it intermittently happens. Dan said the tech has to see the issue?!?!?!? So I asked Dan to have the tech drive with us for a few months so he can see the issue (insert xxx eyes here). He of course said no, lol! If you want service after the sale or a repair department that has a brain stem, this is not the place to go!!! UNREAL!!! P.S. one star is one to many! More

Called Elk Grove and they agreed to sell at the price. Make the 20 min drive up north and enjoy a better experience, you won't regret. Stay away from Aaron or Charles they love to play games. More

Great Purchase Just bought a new Sienna XLE from Lodi Toyota and it was a great purchase for me. I bought a lot of vehicles in the past but this one beat them all. Just bought a new Sienna XLE from Lodi Toyota and it was a great purchase for me. I bought a lot of vehicles in the past but this one beat them all. I am a member of USAA bank and they quoted me for a very good price on the 2017 Sienna XLE through the local dealer areas. I shop around a lot before I found the best dealership like this one here in Lodi. Juan was communicated with me by text and the day I came to test drive the van even though he wasn't there, Charles took the time to help me out. They didn't even pressure me to buy the vehicle. I told Charles that I will be back a couple days later after I see other vans from different places. Rod was friendly, took the time to show me the 2 vans in a hot temperature that day. Later, Juan finishing up the paper work and forwarding to Cindy the Finance manager. It was quick and painless no pressure, she was straight forward and no bs. This place make buying a car so much easy than driving it. I love it. Juan, Charles, Rod, Cindy were a great team. My thumb up for all of you. I got my van and just exactly what I need in a van and a great price. Thank you all. More

Swing and a miss. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Internet sales manager Sonya: terrible. Dave: terrible. I worked with them for a couple weeks on a deal for a Tundra. Finally got to a price point we both agreed on, I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to buy the truck... I get there, I test drive it, they run my credit (of course, right?), I sign a paper agreeing to the truck price and then she comes back and says there was some huge miscommunication between everyone there and that there's no way they can sell the truck to me for the price we agreed on... I have the price quote in an email, in text messages and in paperwork that I signed (but they wouldn't let me keep the paperwork... so I snapped pictures of it ;)). All they could say was sorry and sent me on my way to drive all the way back. WORST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have called over a dozen times to speak with someone regarding what happened, with no return call of course. They have zero integrity. If one person reads this and chooses not to deal with them, I'll consider it a success. Save your time and your money. Go somewhere else. There are honest dealerships out there, you just have to get through the xxxx ones. This is my first negative review yet and I posted the same one on Yelp... and it's well deserved. (Insert middle finger emoji here). Ps Simone was at least genuine and apologetic. Although it wasn't even her fault. Give her Sonyas salary and let Sonya find another job. I think the gas station down the street was hiring. And Dave... oh Dave lol. I think his fingers must be broken... haven't received a return phone call from him either. If you all read this during a Monday morning briefing, let Dave know he lacks an important customer service quality called communication. More
