Great expierence second time around I purchased my 2008 scion from this location when it was Geweke Toyota about 7 years ago. And I said i would NEVER purchase another car from this deal I purchased my 2008 scion from this location when it was Geweke Toyota about 7 years ago. And I said i would NEVER purchase another car from this dealer. However, I ended up going back now that its Lithia and got a pretty new Rav4 and Geoff was the best!!! No hassle, no pressuring me.....very cut and clean car deal. Loved it! More

Poor customer service I took my car in for wheel alignment, tire rotation and a tune-up. I had an appointment but still had to wait about 15-20 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was there. They took ones who did not have an appointment before me. I was there over 6 hours waiting for the work to be done. On the drive home I called to say the wheel alignment was worse than ever but noone answered my call so I left a message. I called again the following day and left the same message. I filled out a survey they sent and stated my concerns that the wheel alignment was not done properly and noone has gotten back to me. I really don't like giving a bad review and was hoping to give it enough time for someone to contact me and correct the problem BUT my patience is gone as I have called 3 times over the past 2 weeks and not one person has bothered to return my call to make this right. Apparently they don't care about their customers. I was thinking of buying a new car from them. I will definitely go elsewhere. More
