thank you for your response. I called on the 8th and reached Faith, she have to give me a call back so I have her number in my contacts. She also apologized for the no return call. Thank you for following through, I love Toyota and I knew this wasn't the type of service that should be received. I will give another rating after my recall services are done. Thanks again!!
