Bad service department 8/19/15 I took my car in for my driver heated seat didn't work. I had an appt yes Ty rose took keys for car to be serviced the mechanic who took out s 8/19/15 I took my car in for my driver heated seat didn't work. I had an appt yes Ty rose took keys for car to be serviced the mechanic who took out seat and repaired seat scratched up my driver door beam (dents and scratches) never said any thing about what he did. Also ripped leather on driver seat and over screwed bolts on power seat panel. so my panel is now loose. When I got my key I drove to gas station when reintering vehicle I noticed a lot of dents and scratches on door beam rushed back to dealership. No one helped me I was told to talk to Ty rose and he's not in for rest of day nor the week. SO IM WAITING ON RESPONSE WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS. More

Although it actually took 3 hours to handle all of the paperwork as well as the orientation to all of the car's features, that time went quickly because the information was so helpful and the relationships so pleasant. Satisfaction of Service My first time servicing my Scion Xb. The service employee who helped me was his first day on the job. Am sorry that I do not remember his name. Emergency Repair I tried to change my tail light lamp bulb myself, but blew out a fuse. My my gear shift was locked in park and I could not start my car. I had to use my user manual to override the start and manually change the gear to drive. I took my car to the Service Department as soon as it opened the next morning and explained my dilemma. Ty got it into the service queue immediately. My car was fixed that day and I was able to leave for my planned vacation! Thank you! More
