Came In For An Oil Change Walked Away With A New Car About a week ago I went in with my wife to Lodi Toyota to take in our RAV4 for it's scheduled service. While we were waiting for the RAV4 to be done I About a week ago I went in with my wife to Lodi Toyota to take in our RAV4 for it's scheduled service. While we were waiting for the RAV4 to be done I was looking at the new Hybrids, now I didn't go with the intention to buy a new car but I was on the market to buy one in the next month or so. The salesmen approached me so I started to ask him questions about the car, he took me for a test drive and I must say I was very intrigue on how the car preformed. The notion that Hybrids have no power were wiped away with that test drive, So now the pressure was on not on me to buy the car because I didn't feel pressure to buy but the pressure was on the salesmen to try to get me the car at the price I wanted with no money down. I was shocked when he came back and told me we had a deal. He worked with me to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted over all good experience I had and probably one of the better experience I have had with a salesperson, he really went out to try to make things happen for you and he flat out said "if I can't get to you then I can't but I'm going to try" and he did. Good experience with him and the dealership. This is the second car we have bought from Lodi Toyota first with this salesperson and I think we will buy one from him again in the future when we get ready to upgrade the RAV4. More

The easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I went on to the Lodi Toyota lot the ask about a used truck, never dreaming I would leave the lot with this vehicle. I had an unusual credit problem i I went on to the Lodi Toyota lot the ask about a used truck, never dreaming I would leave the lot with this vehicle. I had an unusual credit problem in that I have no credit rating at all. I paid cash for everything for the last 20 years. I had to been to other dealerships both large and small but none of them wanted to even talk to me without a bigger down payment than I was prepared to pay. Or they just rudely told me that their lenders wouldn't even consider me. Mind you, I don't have BAD credit, just don't have a credit history. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.The staff at Lodi Toyota they were respectful and treated me like a valued customer. The Sales Associate Mike Barbeau is the most polite salesman I have ever dealt with. No pressure, just a genuine effort to enable me to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The Finace Manager Cindy Gray was able to get financing for me, while other dealerships didn't even try. I don't know how they could have provided better customer service. I am a very happy customer and recommend Lodi Toyota to every who wants a positive experience in making the important purchase of a vehicle. . More

Toyota 4Runner I came here to check out what a Toyota 4Runner in white. The model they had didn't have the third row seat but Craig went and found one in Fresno for I came here to check out what a Toyota 4Runner in white. The model they had didn't have the third row seat but Craig went and found one in Fresno for me at a price that matched/beat some of the pricing quotes that I had recieved from the Internet Sales departments of their competitors. I picked up my vehicle a week later. The experience was great and I am loving my vehicle 3 weeks later. More

Came in on a Saturday to check out the 2014 Toyota Prius Five model and test drove the car and loved the features available in the five model Prius. Returned to the dealer and was amazed to see the special Five model and test drove the car and loved the features available in the five model Prius. Returned to the dealer and was amazed to see the special pricing that was available due to the presidents day sale. 0% finance was great and the quick fast service Joe provided was an A+!! First time at Lodi Toyota, but not my first Toyota. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend coming to LODI TOYOTA!!!! Many New Toyota's in stock and ready to test drive! More

My wife and I agree this was the most stress free experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We agreed to a price for a Highlander with April online and came in the next day to finalize the de experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We agreed to a price for a Highlander with April online and came in the next day to finalize the deal. April was friendly, courteous, and very professional in dealing with us. Even after we were done with signing the purchase agreement she was there to explain how different features of the Highlander worked. She was willing to answer ALL questions, and if she couldn't, would find someone who could. Before we left, she made a thorough inspection with us of the interior and exterior for blemishes, etc. By her actions and behavior , April has demonstrated that the customer does come first with this dealership. She is a great asset to this dealership. More

I came in the dealership with an approved loan letter, and was looking to trade in my Infiniti G35. Why you ask? Because I needed a car that was going to give me better gas mileage. I was putting on 10 and was looking to trade in my Infiniti G35. Why you ask? Because I needed a car that was going to give me better gas mileage. I was putting on 100+ miles per day as a homecare nurse, and finding my take home pay dwindling. I needed to stop the financial hemorrhage. Donald Taylor talked with me about what I liked and needed and came up with a good fit. He was able to meet my needs 99%. I got the car I asked for with a payment I could live with and was out the door within a few hours! The 1% you ask? This is the first red car I have ever owned, and I'm still not sure what to make of it, even though I have gotten loads of favorable comments. I've even had BMWs and Mustangs pulling up beside me trying to race off the stop light. If I were still in the Infiniti, it would have been no problem. However these days I hug the far right hand lane and stare at the dial which tells me how many miles per gallon I am burning at any given time. And you know what? So far, I am staying within my budget! End of story! More

With exception of being "short-handed" with only one Finance a Manager, causing a long wait, the service was good.
