Perfect experience- Salesperson: Amy Smith I would like to start off by saying, I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in b I would like to start off by saying, I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in but wasn't 100% certain it was everything I needed or didn't need. I was very hesitant to consider this dealership because I did not want to make the drive down there, especially more than once. Amy Smith spent time with me over the phone and via email for about a week finding out exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, while being patient with me around my busy work schedule. She never hounded or rushed me through the process like most sales people do. (Had she done that, I would have gone to a different dealership.) She sent me a couple other options for me to look at, then despite going a hair above my budget, she found the exact one she knew I would fall in love with. She was so on point, that I knew right away we had a deal. I was able to drive down to CT, hand over my trade, and purchase my new Tahoe all at once, in a timely manner in order to get back to Massachusetts to get my son off the bus. She showed me as much as I had time for on my vehicle, then has been very kind to answer a couple questions when following up with me after my purchase. I dealt with Eric Larson for the financials. He was upfront with me on the extended warranty information which I did purchase, and was very clear and concise with all the other paperwork I had to fill out. He made it quick and painless. Of all the vehicle purchases I have ever made, this one was the best experience. Amy and Eric were great and are true assets to their company. I would not hesitate to recommend working with either one of them to any of my family and friends. More

Typical and a bit shady I bought a used car from Blasius recently and the experience was fine overall. Mike Silver was pleasant to work with and the price on the car was good I bought a used car from Blasius recently and the experience was fine overall. The finance person I worked with was quite unpleasant, trying to use sneaky math to convince me that financing through the dealer was a better financial decision (tip: it was not). I also found it sleazy that I was not allowed to decline the optional VIN Etching, told it was a dealer fee that was not negotiable. Additionally, only two windows were actually etched, further souring my experience. I wouldn't avoid shopping here if the price is right, but be aware that you will encounter some traditional dealership sleaze tactics.I bought a used car from Blasius recently and the experience was fine overall.
