Sales person was great on first visit, BUT.. When to this car dealer looking for a used vehicle. My wife and I new what we wanted, we meet with a salesperson and were able to find a vehicle that meet our needs. We discussed numbers with the salesperson and decided to make the purchase after discussing it further at home. We were pleased with the on-line application process and promptly provided all required info that was needed to our salesperson. This is when everything went belly up. We were asked to provide another application since they stated they didn't receive it? They needed another copy of our licenses? They didn't have the title to the vehicle and never mentioned that it would take a few days to receive it? Then come to find out when we were ready to go to the dealer to sign paperwork that the interest rate was a lot higher than originally figured? I have a credit score of over 800. Nice try guys. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! More like unorganized professional crooks. We will never do any business with this dealer and whe will gladly go out of our way to let everyone we know about our experience. More

Disappointed Typical dealer, once they have your money and made the deal they don't want to know you. I bought a vehicle last week and my sales person assured me a Typical dealer, once they have your money and made the deal they don't want to know you. I bought a vehicle last week and my sales person assured me a 2nd key and remote would come with the vehicle they just couldn't find it at that time. No big deal, a few days go by and I call/text my salesmen several timea asking if the key was found, no response. Finally I go up there to inquire, I was told the key was lost and the only time I could get new ones were Tuesday and Friday when their locksmith comes by. I live almost 30 minutes away and this isn't convenient for me. I also told them the windshield wipers didn't perform all that great, on a 17 vehicle I expect better. That also seemed to be no concern to them, so I went to the parts dept and spent $42 for new ones. Overall I expected better, seeing as this is my 3rd vehicle purchased from them. More

Deceptive Sales Practices I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ on 6/9/17. I had stated when I called before looking at the car that I was interested in Certified cars, when shop I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ on 6/9/17. I had stated when I called before looking at the car that I was interested in Certified cars, when shopping verified that the car could come with a 3 year warranty like the one I had when I had purchased my previous Cruze brand new. When picking up the car they said they could only do a 2 year bumper to bumper which I agreed to. On 6/12/17 I had trouble accelerating and the check engine light came on, I scheduled an appointment with my local chevy dealer. On 6/13/17 I was showing my new car to someone who noticed that a piece of panel wasn't correctly attached an upon crawling down found the frame underneath had been bent and a new panel had just been placed on top, which I called my sales rep about for repairs and she said I would need to go back to the original dealership (they know I live 3 hours away). Today I went to the local Chevy and found out that I do not have the bumper to bumper warranty and the issue with he oil intake which prevents my car from accelerating reliably is not covered. I contacted Blasius to correct the error in my warranty and they refused and told me I need to bring my car back down there for repairs and that they will not accept any returns even within 7 days. I recently lost my car when I was rear-ended, a friend recommended Blasius Chevrolet for a u Unfortunately I was lied to, and my time was wasted. I recently lost my car when I was rear-ended, a friend recommended Blasius Chevrolet for a used car. I gave Howard my price range, and he showed me several cars in which I could not fit. He then showed me a car that was just out of my price range. I told him I could not afford that price, but if they could work with me to bring it to my range, then I would look at it. He agreed. While that's nothing formal, I do expect some leeway. I test drove the vehicle twice over two days (making sure Howard was aware it was out of my price range). I needed the price to drop about $1,900 (about 10% of the car's price). They came down $400. I told them it was a cash deal with no trade in, but the manager comes out and tells me no. When you knew my price range, why would you first show me cars in which I could not fit, then show me a car that's out of my price range, and THEN refuse to budge on the price? If he said "No budging" right away, I would not have wasted two days looking at this car. What's worse is the manager came out and said "I know you need a car". So he knew I am desperate for a vehicle, and lured me in to a higher priced vehicle and hoped to get more money. That's despicable. Be very careful when you go here, especially with what you say to your salesman. Frankly, this type of predatory sales should be criminal. More

Stay Away!!! I was an out of state purchase. All terms of the deal were agreed upon and the time and date of delivery was established days before I made the trip I was an out of state purchase. I arrive at the agreed upon time and everything went downhill from there. In hindsight, I should have walked away the moment I entered the dealership! After a 4 hour trip there and another waiting for me on the way home, they told me that the car was "still being cleaned and prepped"....they had 3 days to accomplish this task and apparently waited until I walked through the door to begin it! After going to lunch and doing some idle shopping to kill the 3 1/2 hours they had me waiting, the car was "done". Not sure what took 3 1/2 hours because the car was in no way, what one would call "delivery shape". After sitting down to go over the paperwork, some of the terms of the deal were "missing" (Red flag #2) and we had to go over everything to ensure nothing else was omitted. Now I know buying a car is never an easy process but this was excessive to a point way beyond frustration. I get the car home and 2 days later start having issues. I call the dealership to see how to address them and get connected to the sales manager Nick. This guy is a smug xxxxx from the second he gets on the phone. I begin to explain the issues and he cuts me off mid-sentence and says “well if you’re having a problem just bring it in and we’ll see if there is something we can do”. I respond in kind and say “well if you had let me finish, you would know that I was an out of state purchase and looking to see how to address the issues without wasting another full day of my time.” Not missing a beat, he responded in a sarcastic and completely unprofessional tone and says “well if you’re not willing to come in then I don’t see how this is our problem”. I would love to know who put this schmuck in charge of customer satisfaction….I’m sure the owners of the dealership would be pleased. I could go on and on with what I have had to do to rectify all of the problems stemming from the incompetence I have encountered at Blasius but I feel this is warning enough to any perspective consumers. I sincerely hope anyone who still buys from them has a far experience than I. More

Awesome experience from beginning to end on I just purchased the Cadillac XT5 and the sales rep Lawrence Perry who I dealt with from my first online inquiry to the day I signed the papers and I just purchased the Cadillac XT5 and the sales rep Lawrence Perry who I dealt with from my first online inquiry to the day I signed the papers and picked it up was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle understood my circumstances and held true to his word that he was going to make me a deal so that I didn't need to go to another dealer to check it out. He held true to his word we went to look at the car and signed the papers that day. He was truly awesome even with the 15 or so text messages I kept sending him before the final day. The only thing I had to complain about what's trade-in value. I think they could have done better than what they did even Book value what's a little higher than what they gave us. I would recommend this dealership mainly Lawrence Perry, hands down to anyone. Thank you for an awesome experience and putting me into the car of my dreams. More
