This was my first time purchasing a car, and I was very nervous. Chris showed me several cars, both new and used, to make sure I found what I wanted. A problem came up that I feel the dealer should have fixed beforehand. The car I purchased originally came with two remote clickers, both of which were missing when I got it. The dealer paid for it, but I lost at least an hour of my time at the local Subaru dealership to get just one. That should have been taken care of by the dealer before they sold it.
