I purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac in January. I had a problem with the cue infotainment Center. Dealt with Maria the service advisor she is awesome. I would recommend Blasius to anybody, but you have to ask for Nicholas Landry. He was great. He knew the vehicle inside and out. He has a very positive attitude. I didn't think I could afford the truck I wa for Nicholas Landry. He was great. He knew the vehicle inside and out. He has a very positive attitude. I had a great salesperson (who is no longer there) and the price was great. Service needs drastic improvement. It should not take 2.5 hrs for an oil change and I had more unpleasant experiences there than positive. The Multi point inspection they offer seems to be just a fill out the paper. Many items were overlooked with my vehicle when I brought it in and more than once I had to have it looked at by another mechanic for items overlooked by the Blasius service department. My last few visits before I stopped going the service department seemed to have some new faces, so maybe those unfriendlies are gone?
