So I went there for a check engine light problem. They said we will let you know. I get the call from the service rep. Saying $30.00 censor for transmission has gone bad. So I said change it. My bill was 1100.00 with 700 something in labor charges. Which was never communicated. Felt cheated. I asked him when I went to pick up car. He said sorry I should have communicated better. Yes offcorse you have to tell the customer whole price for repair. More
