Went in for fixing item named in a recall letter. Was informed that sensors that involve the AMS system should be changed. The bill was going to be $300 per rear wheel. Dave, my service rep, looked to see if I had extended coverage and found that the sensors could be replaced for a $107.00 deductible saving me $497.00. I have never experienced anything but first rate service from Lokey Kia. More

My car has been in 5 times in 18 months for coil misfires. First I had to replace every coil. Never did they recommend spark plugs in the 3 visits to replace my coils. Never during an oil change or inspection did they mention spark plugs. Yesterday, $400 later, the problem is suddenly corroded spark plugs no one mentioned in the myriad visits or thousands of dollars i have spent there. More
