From the moment I arrived I could tell it was going to be a great visit. The valet (lot person?) greeted me with a smile and Thanked Me for choosing Lokey Kia. She directed me to the Service Writer, Horaci a great visit. The valet (lot person?) greeted me with a smile and Thanked Me for choosing Lokey Kia. She directed me to the Service Writer, Horacio, who smoothly and efficiently walked me through setting my vehicle set up for service. Although there was a long line of cars, my wait time was relatively short, Horatio came to me, explained the work performed and I was on my way! I would gladly recommend Lokey Kia and when I return in the fall will make sure any service needs on my Sportage are brought here. More
