Nice place clean staff professional Only thing is when I get a tire changed and have it towed in the night it takes a whole work day to recover my car. the service department is still the worst. This time I took my son's 2019 Kia Forte in for service. My son had accidentally left his dome light on inside and the car had to be jumped to get t This time I took my son's 2019 Kia Forte in for service. My son had accidentally left his dome light on inside and the car had to be jumped to get to Lokey. The tech said not to worry, the battery was probably still under warranty and it would be easy just to give him a new battery and provide extra peace of mind. More than an hour goes by and I'm told by some other guy that the warranty expired 90 days ago and the best he could do was replace it for $300. I told him the battery was perfectly fine, that my son had just left the dome light on and he said no according to their tests the battery had to be replaced. I honestly feel that they don't care and are just out for the money and whatever they can find to scare you to do they will do. I felt I had to get the battery right then and there because my son was driving back to Louisiana the next day. I would never, ever recommend the service department. The only reason we go there is because we have purchased 4 cars that have the unlimited oil changes. More
