Terrible service, waited 3 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change when I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I left and they never called me saying that my car was ready in addition I asked them to r oil change when I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I left and they never called me saying that my car was ready in addition I asked them to rotate my tires and check the air conditioning filter they only changed the oil in the car. They never asked me which oil I wanted in the car or gave me a quote before doing the service. Very disappointed More

Took over 30 min. To get my tail light replaced. But the Part that upset me was that someone turned heater on full blast to highest number with the window down or door open out door temp was in upper 50s Part that upset me was that someone turned heater on full blast to highest number with the window down or door open out door temp was in upper 50s not below zero. When I opened door the car felt like was sitting in the sun as I sat down then was blasted with heat after turning engine on to leave.
