My battery died in my K900 and I had the car towed to the shop. They charged me $360 for the battery then said the alternator should be replaced. Every time I go there they find a multitude of repairs needed even if I just go into the shop for the free oil change. Unless an emergency, I will not return. I was considering buying a new K900, which I love. But will not buy from this dealership. The service department is a money generating machine at the customer’s expense. When I left, there was a low tire pressure in one tire, the washer fluid low light was on, etc. Par for the course. More
