On 06/30/20 I purchased a brand new 2020 Optima. My finance person was Jay and not only is he friendly and personable he searched for any additional coverage/deals that would sweeten the deal. We own two Kia's and have had both serviced at Lokey Kia. In over two years, we have never had a good service experience. In that time, we have dealt with rude service representatives, not having the service In over two years, we have never had a good service experience. In that time, we have dealt with rude service representatives, not having the services completed in the time promised and, most recently, losing one of our cars while in their possession. We have dealt with the service manager on each occasion but the situations persist. We love the cars but are considering going to a different dealer for service or buying a different brand to avoid the angst and frustration of dealing with Lokey. More
