Did have a difficult time getting a hold of someone to schedule my service appointment. Tried calling seven times. Never got a hold of someone for the first couple of calls. Once I did get a hold of someone I kept getting hung up on. Makes it very difficult to get things scheduled, especially when it takes 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. Definitely need to work on this. More
