Appt time issue When I scheduled the appointment on the Lokey Kia website I made the appt for 5pm I dropped my car off at 455. My car did not go not go into the gara When I scheduled the appointment on the Lokey Kia website I made the appt for 5pm I dropped my car off at 455. My car did not go not go into the garage until 615 pm. This service took almost 2 hours for a routine oil change. What is the point of making an appt if my vehicle will not go into the garage until an hour later. This has nothing to do with the Servive manager she was great but the issue appears to be who does the scheduling. More
