Not trustworthy Lokey Kia told me they were giving me a $428 credit on an old lease charge from their parent company Hyundai. This promise was made in front of one my Lokey Kia told me they were giving me a $428 credit on an old lease charge from their parent company Hyundai. This promise was made in front of one my business associates and based on that promise I signed a lease for a KIA Forte. Immediately I stopped receiving bills from Hyundai as agreed. 6 months later I get a negative credit notice alert that Hyundai claims I owe them $428. I call the dealership and they basically call me a liar that they have no record of this agreement waving the $428. I ask them how it's possible that they know nothing about this charge especially how it vanished for 6 months then reappeared. They would/could not give me an answer. I tell them that this transaction took place in front of a witness. They didn't care. You don't want to do business with this dealership. More
