Absolute Nightmare: wish I didn’t buy a car here The service after I purchased my vehicle has been an absolute nightmare. My finance manager sam is horrible. He dropped the ball on multiple different The service after I purchased my vehicle has been an absolute nightmare. My finance manager sam is horrible. He dropped the ball on multiple different things making me do all of his work despite the ridiculous dealer fees that I paid. I’ve been through so much hassle because of things that he didn’t do on the finance side. And two months later, I still don’t have my new License plate (assuming he dropped the ball on that as well). I’ve had to go back to the dealer for my third temporary tag. Just a nightmare of an experience from a customer service perspective. Seem to not care at all after I bought the vehicle, which is very sad. I tell all the people I work with how much I regret buying a vehicle from here. The only positive was my salesman. Tanoka is a great guy, and really was a great experience. More

Great service. Had a mechanical issue and called the service department. Not only did they get me in for same day service but they also took care of my 6 months warr Had a mechanical issue and called the service department. Not only did they get me in for same day service but they also took care of my 6 months warranty work and advised me that my 15,000 mile service was also was due. (Which I had done too) The service writer was very professional and friendly. I waited for the service and was very satisfied with the results. The free wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Lokay Kia. More
