Disappointed I have the Platinum Fidelity warranty plan on my 2016 Kia Optima. In August 2018, I had my 30K mile service performed at Lokey, where I paid nearly $5 I have the Platinum Fidelity warranty plan on my 2016 Kia Optima. In August 2018, I had my 30K mile service performed at Lokey, where I paid nearly $500 to have everything on the vehicle checked and serviced. My battery was checked at this time (by the way, when it was still under manufacturer warranty) and no issues were detected. In September 2018, without warning, my car would not start-the battery was dead. I was able to jump it, and took it to Lokey for service. This time when the battery wss tested, it needed to be replaced: at the cost of nearly $400. My Platinum Fidelity warranty eould not cover the cost, because batteries lose their power over time. I have sent certified letters to both the dealership and Fidelity requesting a refund of fees paid for the battery--in light of the battery test performed one month earlier during expensive routine maintenance. I will find a new dealership for the future, and if you're considering buying a Kia, do not buy the Fodelity Platinum plan that does not cover a clear battery malfunction, versus a normal wear and tear issue. Very disappointing, all the way around. More

Horrible Let me start by saying I came in for an oil change which took 2 hours. I had a $14.95 coupon which they only honored it at $22 so I ended up paying $4 Let me start by saying I came in for an oil change which took 2 hours. I had a $14.95 coupon which they only honored it at $22 so I ended up paying $41 in total for an oil change! I also asked for them to take a look at some wiring because my inside lights don’t come on, the key fab does not work and every time I start the car my clock restarts. The last time I was at Kia was for a recall repair and after they did that repair those 3 things stopped working. Needless to say they did not even look at that on Friday 9/14/18 when I went for my oil change. I am soooooo disappointed with Kia. They were horrible! More
