Called and told what happened(first had to leave voicemail) but Boe (foreman) did call back and apologized but still not sure what if anything was done to my car. Also makes me question that they told me the reason my car sometimes has trouble starting is because I bought a Walmart battery (anyone think this is valid)....the car is still under warranty and I shouldn't have to keep paying for 2nd opinions.... However after this last experience I am over your customer service. It is tutoring me from where I'm going to buy my next car. The woman who was in charge of my car was extremely rude. Not to mention the quality of work on the cars terrible. they wanted to flush all my lines out but yet did not top off all my fluids. why would you not do that that's supposed to be included in the service. I feel as though I cannot trust your company at all when it comes to my repairs. I have my friend who is a mechanic check out everything that you do and he was wondering why you would not top off the fluid is part of the job. Plus everything on the recommended sheet was not needed on my car. If I did not get free oil changes I wouldn't take my car in at all. The for the last three years the customer service has gotten so rude I cannot stand dealing with a staff. the Father and Son team who were there were the best at dealing with the customers and helping you solve the problem.
