Not trust worthy and rude The service has gone done over the last 3 years. I have wanted to write a review for a long time. I did not want to upset anyone. However after this last experience I am over your customer service. It is tutoring me from where I'm going to buy my next car. The woman who was in charge of my car was extremely rude. Not to mention the quality of work on the cars terrible. they wanted to flush all my lines out but yet did not top off all my fluids. why would you not do that that's supposed to be included in the service. I feel as though I cannot trust your company at all when it comes to my repairs. I have my friend who is a mechanic check out everything that you do and he was wondering why you would not top off the fluid is part of the job. Plus everything on the recommended sheet was not needed on my car. If I did not get free oil changes I wouldn't take my car in at all. The for the last three years the customer service has gotten so rude I cannot stand dealing with a staff. the Father and Son team who were there were the best at dealing with the customers and helping you solve the problem. Too Slow Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 min for that - you're looking at HALF the workday gone for something most places do in 15-30 min max...including an inspection. Seating is also a problem, but wouldn't be if they would work faster. If the office crew & mechanics got paid by the job rather than the hr, I wonder how much faster they'd work. More
