Leaking tail light I took my 2017 Kia Forte to get we can tail light fixed. I went back picked up car and tail light was still holding water after they fixed it. I was told they would replace the tail light after it was still holding water. after waiting for them to fix it I was told they have to see if it would be a warranty item I put two phone calls into Keith Flynne the service and Parts director Lokey Kia got no return phone call I have to call Kia customer service to find out if there were going to warranty my part for a 2017 Kia Forte with a known problem customer service representative told me I could buy the part and they would reimburse me because it seems to be they weren't sure who was going to pay for the part I then got a phone call from Kia customer service that said they would warranty the part out the only good experience with Lokey Kia was the free donuts.i didnt see any of the techs put paper floor mat in my car the 3 times it was there. Good place for your free oil change but too long of a wait!! This waiting to get your oil change or anything mechanical done to your car is way too long. I was there for 2.5 hours just for an oil change and even had an appointment for it. It was on a holiday weekend but still. The customer service people in the little office weren't friendly when you walk in there. They just stare and look at you till you say something. I would say the girl (forgot her name) was the only nice one out of all the employees. Hope the fix this problem with the wait time. More
