Excellent Service!! I own a 2014 Kia Sorento with 19,660 miles on it. It has been totally maintained and looks brand new! So even though I do not put a lot of miles on it I own a 2014 Kia Sorento with 19,660 miles on it. It has been totally maintained and looks brand new! So even though I do not put a lot of miles on it, I always take advantage of the free oil changes that Lokey Kia offers. When they had a recent recall, they contacted me to see if my vehicle was affected and found at that time it was not. But now while it was in for its oil change, they heard a knocking, that I did not hear, and completely replaced my engine!!! And included a 15 year unlimited miles warranty! I love a company that stands behind its product and service. The service center manager Derek Croucher was awesome! More

very helpful I had a oil change on our car and during, the service tech noticed worn tires, wheels out of alignment and a nail in the sidewall of one tire. Dealers I had a oil change on our car and during, the service tech noticed worn tires, wheels out of alignment and a nail in the sidewall of one tire. Dealership offered me a discount on alignment if I were to purchase new tires. They offered me a tire deal, if I purchased 3, I received the 4th one free. So I made another appointment to have 4 new tires and an alignment. Had that appointment today. Car drives and handles so much better. Thank you Lokey Kia. More
